WEBThe Union and company Trustees on the Health and Welfare fund have agreed to benefit improvements without going to arbitration. Effective March 1, 2021 the copay will be reduced to $10, including for retirees. Dental implants have been approved through in-network Blue Cross dentists at the rate of two per year at no cost to members.

Health Benefits Update

WEBDental implants now go from 2 per year to 4 per year. Two hearing aids per ear per lifetime instead of one. LASIK eye surgery. Physical therapy visits increase from 20 to 30 visits. Retiree prescription coverage reduced to $10 copay to maximum $25 copay. The maximum 25% copay has been eliminated. The copay will be a flat dollar amount.

Dental Improvement for Retirees

COVID-19: Paid Leave & Short-Term Disability

WEBTeamCare short-term disability benefits provide 60 percent of average weekly base pay up to $500 per week for up to 26 weeks, and includes continued health benefits.
