CHWs Made a Difference in 2019!
WebHow many families in Petén got care from CHWs last year? The counts are in! In 2019, the Petén Health Community Health Workers took care of 4638 patients during 203 clinic days in the existing central clinic. These patients came from over 60 different rural communities in the department of Petén, the largest and most remote area of Guatemala.
