Benefit Programs

After 90 continuous days of disability and after exhausting their sick leave, employees may receive 60 percent of their salary monthly. The program has a maximum benefit period and will be offset by other income sources, e.g. retirement benefits, workers’ compensation, and social security. OCC Group Life Insurance*.
