Deidre has worked at FIC in various capacities in the past, has served on the Board of Directors, is a parent, and has extensive experience serving in Arizona’s child-serving systems.

WEBFIC’s Mission. To assist and support families/caregivers of children/youth with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs, as well as assist policy makers, agencies and providers in transforming systems to ensure children/youth succeed in school, live with families in the community, avoid delinquency, and become productive adults.

WEBFIC offers Parent Peer Support to help parents meet children’s needs at home, in school, and in the community. Besides sharing new skills with parents that support positive parenting and self care, we prepare them (and caregivers) for meetings such as school IEP’s, 504’s, court hearings, Child and Family Team meetings, and more.
