The Best Fried Rice Ever
WEBAdd 1 tablespoon of the butter to the pan. Add onion, peas and carrots, and garlic. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Increase heat to high and add remaining ½-tablespoon of butter. Add the rice, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes to fry the rice. Remove from heat.
