WEBServices We Offer. *We require a biweekly 3-hour minimum of care for Personal Care Services and Companionship. Private Pay COA In-Home Services is a for-profit subsidiary of COA which subsidizes federal, state, and local grants that serve COA clients unable to pay for needed services.
